Before you can push any of your own code to Pagoda Box, you must first verify your account. This doc walks through the account verification process and provides some troubleshooting tips. After reading it, you should be familiar with:

Verifying Your Account
Account verification helps us to ensure that you are in fact a real person and provides multiple means of contact in case of emergency.
Please know that we respect the privacy of our users and do not share any personal information with outside parties. This information is used for internal purposes only.
To verify your account, click on your user image in the upper right corner of your dashboard and go to Account Admin > Account Verification. Fill in the required information personal information.Then provide a valid phone number to which we can send a verification code. You can either have the code sent via SMS or voice call. Once the verification code is entered, your account will be verified.
If you do not receive the verification code, run through the verification troubleshooting section below.

Are You On a National Do Not Call List?
Many countries have Do Not Call (DNC) lists that block these types of verification requests (both SMS and voice calls). If you are on a DNC list in the country in which your phone number is registered, you'll need to temporarily disable the block or add an exemption.

Browser Plugins May Blocking the Submission of Information
A popular browser plugin/extensions know to cause this behavior is Disconnect. They provide plugins for multiple browsers. In order to successfully submit the form and receive your verification code, you'll need to temporarily disable any of these types of plugins.
Currently, we do no send verification codes to all countries. If you're having trouble, submit a ticket providing your current country and, if necessary, we'll add it to our list of supported countries.
